Events of Zion Baptist Church

Zion Baptist holds several events annually that are for the entire community to enjoy. We would love for you and your family to come and make yourself at home with us at our next event.

Labor Day Jubilee

Sunday evening service before Labor Day

This event has been a tradition that Pastor Kuykendall started over 30 years ago. This is the largest event that our church is known for in our area and draws people from other counties and states. This service includes various preachers and singing groups that come in from all over the country for this special one night event.

Family Day

Last Sunday in March

This service is a chance for our members to bring their family members to come and worship with us. There is special recognition made for the families who participate and have the most guests.

Homecoming

Last Sunday in April

This service brings family and friends from all over the country that have ties to Zion Baptist through the years. After the worship service there is a meal provided where the fellowship continues.

Fall Festival

Last Saturday in October

This is a fun day for the entire family. We have inflatables, carnival games, pumpkin paintings, and hay rides for all to enjoy.

Bring a Friend Day

First Sunday in November

This service is a chance for our members to invite their friends to come and worship with us. This is a fun competition each year as to who can get the largest group of friends.
